This website is run by Peter Ishak Connect ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy go to connect@peterishak.com.au.

• Booking form: your name, email, phone number, business, preferred session format and anything you write in the message.
• Exploration questionnaire: the answers you give.
• Email: whatever you send us.
• Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. See Analytics below.

To reply to you, prepare for your exploration session, decide together whether the mentorship is a fit, and run the sessions if it is. Usage data shows us which pages help people and which don't.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Peter and the team members who handle bookings. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify is based in the United States, so that information may be stored overseas. Emails are kept in our business email account.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find and use the site. It sets cookies and records the usage data listed above. It doesn't give us your name or contact details.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on.

As long as we need it to work with you and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete it.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email connect@peterishak.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Tell us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
